Qualifications You’ll Need:
    * Strong UI Design and Graphics Design Background PHP, Flash 8 and expert level ActionScript 2.0 programming skills.
    * XHTML, CSS, W3C, CSS design, AJAX, script.aculo.us, Prototype, etc.
    * Should be comfortable with all verses of Internet media (i.e. sports, music, entertainment, gaming, social networking, etc.)
    * Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks
    * Knowledge of JavaScript and browser compatibility issues
    * Web Code/ Markup
    * A highly creative approach to Web Design and familiarity with trends in design and technology
    * High energy level and a playful attitude yet serious and hard working adaptable to understand and remain focused on objectives in a fast paced environment.
